not your average neighbor

Barking dogs + home distractions forced us to consider a better work solution than our house.

We wanted to design our daily with other like-minded, inspiring individuals who needed a functional workspace, as well. We felt there was power in togetherness and that a collaborative space could take us further.

We shared a similar vision for a professional community, wrote it on a napkin, and then made it happen.

After operating two east boca locations and having over a decade of learnings, we feel that we are always growing.  Something that excites us is testing a new concept with our members as we embark on what now the next ten years of a productive, flexible workspace experience can look like.
